CAF President Issa Hayatou arrived in Accra last night and is currently lodging at the Alisa Hotel for tomorrow’s prestigious CAF Awards night to be held at the Banquet Hall of the State house tomorrow evening.
South African event organizing outfit, True Colours Event, who sent in a 115 crew to Accra are still preparing for the Gala which promises to be classic. According to Bobby Scott CEO of True Colour Events, the Gala will be a splendid one.
Chelsea’s Didier Drogba and Inter’s Samuel Etoo Fils are expected in the country but it is likely Ghana’s Michael Essien may not be able to make it to the event because he is receiving treatment on an injury in France.
